On February 3rd, CSU President Joyce McConnell presented the Courageous Strategic Transformation plan to the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System. The plan is the culmination of a tremendous effort from the university community, representing the collective perspectives and efforts of literally thousands of stakeholders.
